For all Australian customers purchasing through our online store, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $79.  For International Customers please email us at sales@lucretia.com.au for a shipping quotation.

Delivery Lead Times

To meet your delivery requirements in the best way possible, we use a variety of professional carriers who deliver anywhere within Australia. Your location and order size will impact on the delivery time frame in which we are able to get your order to you. Provided all items are in stock, delivery lead times are as follows:

Melbourne Metro within 1-2 working days.

Outside Melbourne between 2 and 5 working days.

Remote locations (including Hobart and Cairns) between 5 and 7 working days.

Overseas via DHL, between 2 and 5 working days.

Tracking Your Order

Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is despatched, we will contact you by email and/or SMS with the relevant tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery.

Picking up Your Order

Yes, Any order can be collected from our Melbourne, Croydon South warehouse by appointment only and, of course, at no additional charge. Please contact our sales team to arrange a collection time.

We do not offer collection from our Prahran Showroom under any circumstances.

Signature on Delivery

All shipments contain valuable goods. Because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery.

If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online.

We are unable to accept any responsibility for your order once delivered if you select this option.
